From executives who have been working for 26 years as Samsung Man to employees who have been working for three to four years, the company took off the title of "Samsung" and moved its nest at once. The size of the company has decreased. It has shrunk from large companies with annual sales of more than 10 trillion won to small and medium-sized companies with more than 100 billion won. This is saying about ‘S&SYS’ and its100 employees including Bae Jae-hyuck, CEO, who spun off from Samsung Heavy Industries on September 1.

S&SYS is the company that has spun off from Samsung Heavy Industries since the financial crisis due to the prolonged slump in the shipbuilding industry. After more than a year of preparation since last year, S&SYS broke up with Samsung last month. This means that they cleaned up their business that they have been doing for more than 20years in Samsung Heavy industries since 1994. S&SYS is an independent legal entity with only some shares, although Samsung Heavy Industries is the largest shareholder . The rest of the stocks are evenly shared by CEO Bae Jae-hyuck and other employees.
