ECO Solution

S&SYS ECO Solution

Beyond environmental compliance to operational efficiency — providing an integrated lineup of eco-friendly equipment.

From BWMS, FGSS, LFSS to Air Lubrication System (ALS), we deliver tailored package configurations that ensure stable application and optimized vessel operation under any project conditions.

BWMS

From intake to discharge —
managing the entire ballast water cycle as a unified system

BWMS manages the entire ballast water process as a single integrated system, from intake through treatment to discharge.
Through filtration and disinfection, the system removes organisms that could impact marine ecosystems,
providing safe and reliable ballast water treatment that meets international regulatory standards.

S&SYS ECO Solution

Purimar

Purimar effectively eliminates organisms harmful to ecosystems and aquatic environments, complying with IMO D-2 regulations. Active substances used during disinfection are reduced to environmentally harmless levels before discharge, making it a safe and eco-friendly ballast water treatment system.

Acquired IMO Basic Approval (Oct 2010) and Final Approval (Jul 2011), followed by government Type Approval (Oct 2011). USCG AMS (Alternate Management System) approval was obtained for the plate electrode model in October 2013 and the improved cylindrical electrode model in May 2014.

Eco-Purimar

The Eco-Purimar™ system is engineered based on Micro Bubble technology to satisfy the requirements of both IMO and USCG ballast water treatment regulations.

The ballasting process is performed in two stages. In the first stage, hydrodynamic cavitation occurs in the Bubble Burst Pipe (BBP), reducing organisms and bacteria in the ballast water through pressure and temperature changes. In the second stage, Micro Bubbles are uniformly diffused throughout the ballast water to stabilize treatment effectiveness, enhancing the reduction of residual microorganisms and adaptability to varying water quality conditions.

Dual Fuel Supply System

Integrated alternative fuel supply solution
for next-generation eco-friendly vessels

Purigas™ is S&SYS’s proprietary dual-fuel supply system that manages the entire process from fuel storage to engine supply within a single package.
Precisely controlling optimal pressure and temperature for next-generation fuels, it enables an efficient energy management environment.

S&SYS ECO Solution

FGSS

From fuel storage to engine supply — unified in one system

From fuel storage to engine supply, FGSS manages the entire fuel supply process as one integrated system. LNG bunkered into storage tanks passes through supply pumps and high-pressure pumps to establish stable pressure conditions, then is converted to the required fuel state for the engine through vaporization.

S&SYS ECO Solution

Fuel Gas Supply System (PURIGAS™- LN)

S&SYS’s PURIGAS™-LN is an integrated package solution for LNG Fuel Gas Supply Systems (FGSS). From initial concept design through engineering, manufacturing, testing, supply, and commissioning — every stage is delivered as a turnkey solution, with systems optimized for each vessel’s operational conditions and specifications. The solution also ensures stable integration with major engine platforms including ME-GI, X-DF, and DFDE.
